Jenn, Lucas and Baby F
Jenn and Lucas are two of the most genuinely wonderful people I know. I first met them at our friends John and Anna’s wedding in May of 2008, when I was just getting into digital photography. We kept in touch over the years and really became close friends when they moved down to the Bay area.
I was so honored when they asked me to document their baby bump. Baby F, you are so lucky to be coming into this world to the best parents one can ask for! And, I can’t wait to meet you!
Amy, Penelope and Baby Abigail
Sometimes I wish I have 36 hours in a day, so I have some time to catch up on all my blogging. I know it should be more of a priority, but there are always other things that are more important. I keep telling myself I’m going to move blogging up on that priority list and it never seems to happen. Tonight, I’m just doing instead of talking.
I had the pleasure to photograph my dear friend Amy’s little girl Penelope and also Amy’s baby bump before she gave birth to baby Abigail last year. Amy, who is an amazing writer, a prolific blogger and a terrific mom to Penelope and now Abigail, was so much fun to shoot. We started the morning with some nice shots of everyone but as the day progressed, things got more steaming! Fortunately for her husband, the sexy bump photos turned out great. Unfortunately for my readers, they are too hot for public consumption!

My really great neighbors turned clients and friends Catherine and Pierre are awesome. Not only do I get to capture their adorable and growing family regularly, they recently bought a maternity aka baby bump session for their friends Marion and Lewis.
I was thrilled when I met Marion and Lewis. They are just as cool as Catherine and Pierre, and I just knew that we would have a great time at their maternity session. We had an amazing time posing in front of my brand new portable studio setup, and of course, also taking some natural light images. Marion and Lewis are opting to not find out the sex of the baby but they had a boy and a girl name picked out, so not only did we take photos of the baby bump with “BABY” blocks we also took pictures with both names.
